The Law Firm was founded in 1975, along with Regional Law no. 51 - the first in Lombardy to offer a systematic discipline of land-use. Since then the Studio has assisted the draft of various Master Plans, Zoning Ordinances and Implementing Plans, in addition to their actual development, gaining specific experience in the direct management of the relations with the public administrations. 

In addition, with an innovative approach unknown to similar professional structures, our Law Firm has focused on real estate contracts, defining comprehensive contractual formats for every complex real estate transaction.

In a short time, the Law Firm's activities has extended to all the main sectors of administrative law, including commerce, environmental and landscape protection, public procurements and services, all of which have gradually become our core skills.
