Over the years the Studio has gained considerable experience in dealing with the legal issues concerning the management and the protection of the environment and of the landscape, historic and artistic heritage.

These topics were considered mainly as part of the advice and of the assistance provided for urban revitalisation projects and other infrastructural, town-planning and building initiatives. 

The growing importance of environmental issues has led to expansion of the Law Firm's legal advice and assistance to production activities with considerable environmental impact.

This has allowed our Law Firm to acquire a consistent specialisation in the assessment of environmental and landscape impact, recovery of polluted sites and large industrial areas, the waste management cycle, air and water pollution, and noise and electromagnetic pollution.

Following the entry into force of recent regulations on energy efficiency and environmental certification, the Studio has extended its activities to these areas.
